The Museum School – for underprivileged children

A high Quality Education model for underprivileged children in urban slums, without any extra infrastructure or investment. It uses Museums as Schools, their exhibits as Teaching Aids, and B.Ed College students as Teachers (for their practice teaching). The Museum School has won UNESCO Asia-Pacific’s Education Innovation Award in 2016, and has been replicated in four cities in India. It has inspired similar teaching practices in other schools.
